YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:
- Takе care of the end-to-end recruitment process from the communication with the Hiring Managers and market mapping until the accepted offer
- Explore all recruitment channels to identify and attract tech talents - fresh ideas are encouraged and supported
- Maintain and expand your personal network with tech people and tech communities
- Аdvocate Recruitment Best Practices among Hiring managers from the UK, US, and other countries
- Contributе to the growth of international businesses in a variety of business domains
- Screen, assess, and prepare the candidates for their hiring journey
- Coordinate both sides – hiring managers and candidates so that they feel well-informed and supported
- Build candidates’ and hiring managers’ trust, by having a transparent and friendly communication
- Work within a great team- share ideas, and knowledge and spread a passion for achieving big results
OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:
- 2+ years of experience in the field of Tech Recruitment/ Sourcing
- A passion to communicate with Engineers/Hiring managers and develop a strong pipeline of great tech people
- Successful track record working on Hiring campaigns
- Ability to work autonomously and previous track record of client/ stakeholder management
- An enthusiastic person with a “can do” attitude
- Self-driven and passionate team player
- A sense of humor is a must
- University degree in a relevant field
- MS Office/ Google Suite
- Fluency in English
